1. CONVENTIONAL ENAMELS – for wet application

 a) Ground enamels (one or more component enamels) for:

b) Cover coat enamels:

2. ELECTROSTATIC ENAMELS

 a) Electrostatic powder enamels:

  • Ground coat powder enamels – process 1c/1f (one coat, one fi ring), 2c/1fF (two coats, one fi ring)
  • Cover coat powder enamels – process 2c/2f (two coats, two fi ring), 2c/1f (two coats, one fi ring)

CERAMICS

1. FRITS FOR CERAMIC BONDS IN GRINDING WHEELS AND BONDS FOR GRINDING WHEELS:

  • Al2O3 abrasive grains

Frits are available in forms of granulate or dry-milled powder or dry-milled with all additives according to customers wishes. Glazes are ready to be mixed with water, with desired glaze density or in form of wet-milled glaze.

  • Frits for ceramic bonds for conventional abrasive grains
  • Frits for resin bonds for conventional abrasive grains
  • Frits for bonds for super abrasive grains
  • Ceramic bonds for corundum, carbide, CBN and diamond abrasive grains

We divide frits (granulate or dry-milled powder) and bonds (dry-milled – of desired particles distribution) according to the desired firing temperature; for lower firing temperature (approx. 950 °C)  and higher firing temperature (approx. from 1100 °C  to 1250 °C).
